About the Role:
We’re hiring Lead Teachers for our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool age groups.
As a Lead Teacher at A Joyful Journey Academy, you will create and teach age-appropriate lessons to students, and mentor other teachers within our center, stepping in to help when required.
Key Responsibilities:
‣ Establishing a caring and supportive environment for children
‣ Planning lessons and teaching age-appropriate activities
‣ Providing clear communication to families; sharing regular updates with them
‣ Mentoring and supervising other teachers, as required
Qualifications & Skills:
‣ Possesses a Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
‣ Meets the Ohio childcare licensing and background check requirements
‣ Is able to demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety
‣ Good teamwork skills with a dependable and nurturing demeanor
Teacher (Infant, Toddler, Preschool & School Age)
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Role Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We’re hiring Teachers for our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and School Age classes.
